Shipping Policy

Processing of order takes about 1-3 days depending on the period but for high demand periods expect the processing to take about 5-7 days

Tracking Number

Once the product is shipped tracker number will be provided. In some cases, it would take up to a whole day before tracking number can be seen reflected in the tracker.

Shipping address change

Once the product is shipped, we are unable to change the address. If the product returns to us due to incorrect address, the we will issue a refund with a 20% deduction for handling costs.


In-Store Pick-Up Policy

IN-STORE PICK-UP PROCEDURE

  • The client must present the following in order to claim their items from the store: order form or the email containing the confirmed invoice of the items for pick up Valid ID
  • The sales associate will prepare the items for pick up and check if there is any outstanding balance.
  • The client shall pay the remaining balance, if any, and the sales associate will endorse the items for the client to check.
  • The client should check the items and should raise concerns for manufacturers defect before leaving the store.

What is In-Store Pick-Up? 

In-Store Pick-Up provides you with a more convenient way for you to pick up your Mayet De La Rosa Fine Jewelry online orders, giving you full peace of mind as to when you will receive your order without having to worry about not being home and missing the delivery. Plus, having your order shipped to the store is free of charge. 

Our online store offers a much more extensive range of products that are not available in stores, such as extended sizes (in select products), custom jewelry, other ranges of specialty products. While these are not available in store, you can use our In-Store Pick-Up service to place orders for these items and product ranges. All details of the service are listed below. 

In-Store Pick-Up is available in select MAYET DE LA ROSA FINE JEWELRY stores, with more store locations coming soon. Please note: When selecting  “Store Pick Up” at checkout, some store locations may be temporarily unavailable due to high demand or limited storage space. 

How does it work?

For In-Store Pick-Up Orders: Go to msyetdelarosa.com and start shopping. Choose the Pick up in Store option at checkout. Pick-up your order in store as early as three business days later. You will be notified via text or email once your package arrives in store.

How much does it cost?  

In-Store Pick-Up is FREE. There is no cost to you. You'll get free shipping on all In-Store Pick-Up orders. 

What happens if I do not pick-up my order?  

Your items will be delivered to the MDLRFJ store of your choice within 7-14 business days. Once delivered to the store, you will be notified via text or email once your order is ready to be picked up and from that date, you will have 7 calendar days to retrieve your package. A pick-up reminder text or email will be sent on the 5th day. At this time, we are unable to extend the pick-up time for your In-Store Pick-Up. If you do not pick up your order within 14 calendar days, your order will be returned to our head office for a refund to be processed back to your original payment method. Note that this can take up to 30 days.

Can I place an In-Store Pick-Up Order during Holidays? 

All In-Store Pick-Up orders placed before or on a holiday, during inventory days, or during days in which stores are holding special events will require an additional business day to the estimated delivery date. 

Why is the store that I want to select for In-Store Pick-Up not showing up at checkout? 

If the store is not available for "In-Store Pick-Up", the store is currently not offering that option at this time. Please select another store close to you or try again tomorrow.  

Will I be notified when my order arrives in store?  

Yes, you will receive an email notification once your order arrives in the store and is prepared for pick-up. 

What should I bring to pick-up my order?  

Please bring your pick-up email and a photo I.D. to pick-up your order. When you arrive at the store, please speak to a store associate to assist you with picking up your order. 

How long do I have to pick-up my order from the store?  

Once the order is delivered to the store, you have 7 calendar days to retrieve your package. A pick-up reminder email will be sent on the 5th day. At this time, we are unable to extend the pick-up time for your In-Store Pick-Up. If you do not pick up your order within 7 calendar days, your order will be returned to our warehouse for a refund to be processed back to your original payment method. Note that this can take up to 28 days.

Can I cancel my In-Store Pick-Up order?   

Once your order is placed, we do our best to prepare it for shipment immediately. After you select "Place Order", we are systematically unable to cancel or modify your order. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

Alternatively, after 7 calendar days, your order will be shipped back to our office for a refund. All refunds will be returned to the original form of payment. Please note that it can take up to 14 business days from when the items are received in the warehouse and an additional 3-5 business days for the refund to reflect in your account. Please note that your refund will come from mayetdelarosa.com and not your selected pick-up location.

I never received confirmation that my order was ready for pick-up. 

No need to worry! It can take 7 business days for the items to be delivered to the store and an additional 3 business days for the store associates to prepare your order. If it's been more than 10 business days since your order was placed, please contact us through Live Chat and one of our agents will be more than happy to further assist you! 

I did not pick-up my order, but I have not received a refund yet.  

Once the order is delivered to the store, if you do not pick up your order within 7 calendar days, your order will be returned to our warehouse for a refund to be processed back to your original payment method. Note that this can take up to 28 days.

I went to pick-up my order and they did not have all of the items I ordered; can I be refunded?  

Please contact us through Live Chat and an agent will be more than happy to get this issue resolved! 

The item I received in my In-Store Pick-Up order was wrong. 

Please contact us through Live Chat and we will handle this issue accordingly. 

Can someone else pick-up my order from the store? 

Yes, you or your authorized representative would just need to present the Ready for Pick Up Email that contains the Order Number or Membership ID associated with the order when collecting your order from the store. 

Can I extend my pick-up time?

Yes, if you need more time to pick up your order, you can request a one-time extension for another 7 calendar days as long as your order is within the pick up time frame.

To request an extension, please contact us via Chatbot at the bottom of the page during our business hours. One of our agents will be happy to assist you.

Please have your order number ready when you contact us. Depending on the date of contact, it may be unable to extend your order.

If you are unable to pick up your order within 7 calendar days of the delivery to the store, a refund will be processed back to your original form of payment. Please note that the refund may take up to 14 days to be processed.


Lay-Away Policy

1. ITEM/S SUBJECT

1.1 That with this AGREEMENT, the SELLER reserves the ITEM/s for the BUYER until the BUYER completes all the payments necessary to pay for said ITEM/s.

1.2 That the BUYER must pay the initial reservation equivalent to at least Twenty Percent (20%) of the total amount of the ITEM/s in order to reserve the ITEM/s;

1.3 That the BUYER cannot demand partial or full delivery of the ITEM/s until all necessary payments have been made under the payment term below;

1.4 That the ITEM/s subject of this AGREEMENT are chosen upon checkout under LAYAWAY mode of payment.

2. PAYMENT TERMS

2.1 That the BUYER shall make payments on the agreed amount and schedule as follows:
Downpayment - 20% downpayment must be paid on the day the order is placed to ensure the availability of the item. 

  • 1st Payment Deadline - 30 days after downpayment
  • 2nd Payment Deadline - 60 days after downpayment
  • 3rd Payment Deadline - 90 days afte downpayment

2.2 That an ITEM/s can only be claimed once total amount of the said ITEM/s have been paid;

2.3 That the CANCELLATION of the orders of the ITEM/s shall be subject to a CANCELLATION FEE amounting to TWENTY Percent (20%) of the total amount of the ITEM/s.

2.4 The BUYER agrees that the order is deemed cancelled when the former fails to pay within thirty (30) days from the scheduled date of any of the installments of the ITEM/s, or when the BUYER signify in writing that he/she would like to cancel his/her order;

2.5 Upon cancellation of the order, the SELLER shall return the ITEM/s to stock, and shall return the amount paid by the BUYER LESS the Cancellation Fee of Twenty percent (20%) of the total amount. The said amount will be returned to the original account used by the buyer.

2.6 The BUYER agrees that his failure to claim the amount due to him within Six (6) Months despite repeated reminders, follow-ups and demand to claim the amount due to him/her shall be deemed forfeited in favor of the SELLER.

3. OTHER TERMS AND CONDITIONS

3.1 By providing customer information and telephone number or e-mail address to the SELLER, the BUYER expressly agrees that the SELLER may use those methods to contact the BUYER concerning the Lay Away purchase/s specially to make reminders and follow-ups in the event the BUYER fails to pay on the scheduled date of installment/s;

3.2 The BUYER also agrees that the SELLER and its affiliates may use this contact information for marketing messages that may be of interest to the BUYER;

3.3 If any part or provision of this Agreement is held invalid or unconditional, other provisions not affected thereby shall remain in force and effect.


Return Policy

Regular priced products purchased at Mayet De La Rosa may be returned/exchanged within 7 days of receiving the Item. As for products which received special discounts, 7 days after the date when the product is received would be given in order to return/exchange the product.

The original packaging of the product is also required to be returned and must be undamaged and of saleable quality.

2. Once the request of return/ exchange has been approved, secure the product/s with their original packaging for shipment.

3. Once the item is received by our team kindly wait so that proper inspection of the product/s is done to properly validate the application of return/exchange.
